Hello! I am Helene! 

 

Fresh figs, purple grapes, red tomatoes, bitter orange blossoms, fermented wine... Those fragrances are the deepest olfactory memories I have from childwood in my grand fathers's mediterranean garden in Provence, South of France. 

The candy factory at Fragonard's in Pont-du-Loup also made me, as my mum would feed me with rose jam, and other flowers and citrus specialties from our local "savoir-faire". 

The journey to senses started then, and since it's been a lifestyle defining a part of my personnality and my professionnal directions as a sensory analyst. 

 

In the past two years there's been a shift of interest in my life, which has taken me much further than the 'South of France' ;). Travelling in the USA as not only given me a new langage, but also the opportunity to meet people and to find inspiration to better my life.

The first step in builing this project after my trip in Georgia is The Pop-Up Tasting, as it seems it fits my life : ephemeral, inconstant, sensory, joyful and poeple oriented.

So I'm designing thoses workshops & tours, and I'll invite some friends to partake in the designing. We definitely have something to share about tasty goodness and we hope you'll enjoy it!
