The Pop-Up Tasting is a project that I run in every city I visit.
So I whish it is a real "journey to senses through tasting'
experimented with the spirit of the travel.
I welcome you for a unique sensory workshop and food tour designed to provide you with an original approach of food. The event gives you technical details on the food processes, history, tasting method, vocabulary in french and in english. I focus on the quality of the experience and the talks it raises between tasters. I have pride in making the experience as scientist as joyfull.

WORSHOP From bean-to-bar / Chocolate experience is a 1h30 workshop during which you taste different cocoa beans and different single origin of chocolates from South America, Africa, Asia and Madagascar. It is in french or in english according to your need.
The tasting notes and the vocabulary French-English is provide to you in a cute booklet summarizing major informations about our topic. Soft cool drink is offered.
